Pascha
and the Twelve Great Feasts of the Church
|
|
Great
and Holy Pascha is known as the Feast of Feasts and
Festival of Festivals. It is the Day of Resurrection,
the feast of complete joy, hope, and renewal. Twelve
other great feasts highlight important events in the
life Christ and His Mother, the Theotokos. They are
listed in order according to the ecclesiastical
calendar:
